Terms and Conditions

Welcome to IronPeak Construction Group Inc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between IronPeak Construction Group Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and its clients ("Client," "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services and Scope of Work

IronPeak Construction Group Inc provides construction, renovation, and related contracting services. The specific scope of work, project timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate Project Contract or Work Order. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Project Contract, the Project Contract shall prevail.

2. Age Requirement

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. IronPeak Construction Group Inc does not knowingly provide services to or enter into contracts with individuals under the age of 18.

3. Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences.
Progress Payments: For larger projects, payments shall be made according to the schedule outlined in the Project Contract.
Late Payments: Payments not received within [e.g., 10 days] of the due date may be subject to a late fee of [e.g., 1.5%] per month or the maximum rate permitted by North Carolina law.

4. Permits and Approvals

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary HOA approvals. IronPeak Construction Group Inc will typically assist in obtaining municipal building permits, the cost of which will be billed to the Client.

5. Changes and Deviations

Any changes to the scope of work (Change Orders) must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Change Orders may result in additional costs and adjustments to the project timeline.

6. Liability and Insurance

IronPeak Construction Group Inc maintains general liability insurance and worker’s compensation as required by North Carolina state law. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing structural defects or hazardous materials (e.g., mold, lead, asbestos) discovered during construction.
Damage caused by third-party vendors hired directly by the Client.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty periods for materials are governed by the respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover damage caused by "Acts of God," normal wear and tear, or Client negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches a material term. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all labor performed and materials purchased up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts located in Wake County, NC.
